Terms and Conditions

Sections of this Agreement: This Agreement includes the General Terms and Service Specific Terms, collectively referred to as the "Terms." If there is a conflict between the General Terms and Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms prevail.

Acceptance of the Terms: To accept the Terms, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. If you disagree with the General Terms, do not use our Services. If you agree to the General Terms but not the Service Specific Terms, refrain from using the corresponding Service. You can accept the Terms by checking a checkbox, clicking a button, or using the Services.

Service Description: Starworks Prime currently offers innovation management, incubation and acceleration management, hackathons, and similar events ("Service" or "Services"). These Services are for personal, business, or internal organizational use. You can access the Services through any supported Internet browser, being responsible for internet access and necessary equipment. You can create, edit, publish, and share content with your user account.

Beta Service Subscription: Certain Services may be offered as closed or open beta services ("Beta Service"). We have sole authority to determine the testing period and success. There is no obligation to subscribe to any paid Service based on Beta Service. We may discontinue Beta Services, with or without notice, and are not liable for any related harm.

Modification of Terms: We may modify the Terms with notice through service announcements or email. For significant changes affecting your rights, you'll receive a 30-day advance notice. If such changes substantially affect your rights, you can terminate within 30 days, with a prorated refund of prepaid fees.

User Sign-up Obligations: To access the Services, sign up for a user account, providing required information. If representing an organization, all users should sign up using corporate contact information. Maintain accurate and updated information. Untrue or incomplete information may lead to account termination.

Organization Accounts and Administrators: For organization accounts, specify administrators with rights to configure Services. Ensure confidentiality of account passwords, appoint competent administrators, and control administrator account access. You are responsible for account recovery in case of loss of control.

Personal Information and Privacy: Personal information provided to Starworks Prime is governed by our Privacy Policy. Using the Service implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Maintain confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible for all activities in your user account.

Communications from Starworks Prime: Service communications, including announcements and newsletters, are considered part of using the Services. You can opt-out of newsletters, but not service announcements.

Complaints: For complaints against your activities, we will forward them to your account's primary email. Respond within 10 days; failure may result in disclosure of your information to the complainant.

Fees and Payments: Services are available under subscription plans. Renewals occur automatically, charged to the last payment method. Change details for renewal payment method or inform us to avoid renewal. Changes in charges apply at the end of the current billing cycle.

Restrictions on Use: Besides other terms, you shall not transfer Services to third parties, provide services based on Services without permission, violate third-party terms, or use Services for illegal activities.

Spamming and Illegal Activities: Use Services responsibly. Do not engage in illegal activities or transmit unlawful material. We reserve the right to terminate access for suspected illegal activities.

Grievance Redressal: For grievances, contact us at [email protected] with "Grievance" in the email subject.

Inactive User Accounts Policy: Inactive user accounts may be terminated, with prior notice and data backup option. Each Service is independent for calculating inactivity.

Data Ownership: You own content created or stored by you. Your use does not grant us a license for commercial purposes. You grant permission for necessary access to provide Services.

User Generated Content: You are responsible for content transmitted or published. Publicly accessible content may be crawled and indexed. Do not make private content public accidentally. Respect copyrights and use content ethically.

Sample Files and Applications: Sample files and applications provided are for demonstration purposes. We do not warrant their accuracy or reliability.

Trademark: Starworks Prime trademarks are owned by Starworks Prime Digital Solutions Private Limited. Display or use of these trademarks requires prior permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Services are provided on an as-is basis. Starworks Prime disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No warranty for uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free Services is provided.

Limitation of Liability: Starworks Prime is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or other loss arising from your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the Service.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Starworks Prime harmless from any claims related to your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Disputes under the Terms are exclusively settled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, following Indian laws.

Suspension and Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for illegal activity, extended inactivity, or government requests. Termination on user request or breach of Terms is possible.
