You possess the right to terminate your user account if Starworks Prime breaches its obligations under the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you have the prerogative to cancel your subscriptions in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.


Upon initiation of a refund request, it will be processed within 30 business days.

Starworks Prime exclusively executes source refunds, signifying that the funds are reimbursed to the payment method initially used by the customer.
